This training is the first in a series of three held through Portage College for the general public. This series is focused on strengthening capacity for addressing hate and discrimination. In this session we will open up this conversation with a look at Criminal, Civil, Administrative and Human Rights law. We will examine the remedial mechanisms that exist with-in these systems and possibilities for innovation.
