This is one of the programs of the Edmonton Community Legal Centre (ECLC). It provides legal advice to low income Albertans residing in Northern areas of the province that do not have access to a local community legal clinic.

The program has volunteer lawyers that can offer you up to 45 minutes of free legal advice over the phone in the following areas:

• Parenting Orders
• Child and Spousal Support
• Common-Law Relationships
• Custody and Access Orders
• Guardianship
• Queen’s Bench Protection Order Hearings
• Response to uncomplicated Divorce
• Division of Property
